Terms of use

Short, plain, and a work in progress.

Who may use the app

You must be 18 or older. One person, one account. Give accurate information about your age, and do not use someone else's account.

Be decent

• No harassment, threats, hate, or sexual content aimed at people who did not ask for it.
• No pretending to be someone else, no scams, no selling things.
• Personals and Green Light are for people who want to meet, and only when both sides are open to it. A "no" is final.
• Do not photograph people at a gathering who asked not to be, and take a photo down when asked.

Gatherings, photos and House Rules

Hosts run their own gatherings and are responsible for them. Photos taken at a gathering are for the people who were there; do not copy them out of the app or post them elsewhere. House Rules time is voluntary.

Safety and enforcement

Reports are reviewed by a person. We can warn, restrict or remove an account and remove content. Where we do, we aim to say why, and to let you reply.

Your content

What you post stays yours. You allow the app to store and show it to the audiences you choose, for as long as you keep it there, so the app can work.

No promises about people you meet

The app helps people meet. It does not check who anyone is beyond that they signed in and said they are 18 or older. You decide whom to meet and are responsible for the choices you make. See the safety page.

You can delete your account at any time: how to delete your account.
